Quick hello from blazing Los Angeles, although these pictures were taken a few days ago when the weather was a little bit more forgiving and I was able to play with a black color scheme while sporting some long sleeves. Currently we are experiencing a heat wave in Southern California where the only proper shelter can be found at the beach, under A/C or at sunset when it’s nice and breezy for dinners al fresco or happy hour lounging on the patio or terrace.
I do like the balmy summer warmth but it does get really bright and sun gets quite intense here, so heading outside without any cover isn’t an option and wearing some heavy duty SPF is a must. That’s why having a little weather pattern change is not only refreshing but also inspirational from a dressing stand point. Don’t you agree?
