Little tiny polka dots look exactly like confetti and balloon oversized sleeves featured today, are here to stay for at least this SS17. I also like the black contrast which makes the top easy to adjust for an evening situation. Cold shoulder detail makes the top work both day and night adding a different type of vibe to the look: flirty romantic or a little daring.
