As I have already mentioned, berets are the “it” headwear piece for this season. I did play with berets for some upcoming looks on the blog, but also wanted to give it a go with a non traditional beret – with ears! Cat inspired anything gets pass from me anytime. Ok, most of the time:)
This playful look today pretty much sums up my take on incorporating a touch of whimsical in an otherwise completely easy to pull off everyday look: familiar neutrals, classic timeless heels and bag, clean cut dress, refreshing trendy sunglasses paired with flirty tights and you are ready to head to an art opening, the theater or a cocktail mingle.
The styling tip here – one major statement piece at a time and don’t put all your apples in one basket in order to avoid looking like a character playing a dress up.
