Coffee break in Paris – groundbreaking! It is as quintessential as visiting the Louvre while in the city: everyone, be it a visitor or local, takes a moment to devour that precious cup of coffee or tea, if you fancy, or even an aperol because why not since it is always 5 o’clock somewhere.

Everything stops at that moment – that’s the best part of it! The art of “doing nothing” is quite a skill and not everyone is as good at it as Parisians while taking a break at their local favorite cafe or boulangerie, watching the city’s life go by while enjoying a book or simply people watching.
As for my featured look, I again combined a bit of masculine and relaxed with feminine and romantic touches since we are in Paris after all) The sweatshirt is from the Dior men’s collection and has this relaxed oversized fit and when paired with the bubbly polka dots and delicate beret, make for a playful yet quite modern and girly style.
Another trick I wanted to share with you about investing into the right cuts of dresses – some styles can be quite versatile and can serve you as a dress but then also, when needed, can work as a skirt worn with sweatshirt, sweater, jacket or layered with a t-shirt for a fresh, currently trendy vibe. In my case a really affordable UO polka slip dress has so much styling potential I can’t wait to play with.
