Long time no see! I am still not quite back to the U.S., hopping from plane to plane while juggling work and pleasure. No complaints on this end but I do miss sunny LA, my family and my boy Cat. I’ve been away close to a month now, living out of a suitcase. Although my warm clothing supply has been heavily rotated and reworn, and my closet been missed tremendously, it’s been a great trip so far and I would do it again and again if I had the opportunity.
Today’s post has a key accessory that is something I remember wearing when I was five to seven years old. My mom liked attaching these lace or crochet collars to my dresses, shirts or school uniform. They felt festive back in the day, and although as an adult today investing in one may not seem to be as practical, I found it quite the opposite. The collars add that perfect touch of quirky and girly to any dress, shirt or sweater.
Do you ever over-analyze if a purchase is worth the investment or how to turn a really desirable item into a more of a justifiable one to feel better about the price tag?
