To me, like bread needs its butter, spring can’t possibly be without lilacs. It’s the epitome of the season and brings back a lot of memories from my growing up and spending my childhood in my grandfather’s garden.

The infatuating scent and the most delicate particular shade of purple make this shrub very distinct and special.
As as far as fashion goes, I tend to add tunic dresses to my spring and summer wardrobe. They are easily appropriate for the beach as well as dressed up for a night out. And there are so many ways to wear this type of tunic: dress, cover up, light coat, top.
This particular number featured today, part of my brunch outfit, I later successfully paired with some slacks and half buttoned for a more structured urban look. So, there are plenty ways to style tunics. Do you have your favorite?
