Even those who stay clear of print might see stripes as a wearable option. The print can be as subtle or as loud as you desire. Pin stripes are definitely considered more polished and can be seen worn the most in conservative business attire such as suits or dressy shirts.

The color and how the stripes fall can vary greatly as well – horizontal, vertical, zigzag or waves. I would say there are even certain season appropriate color combinations as well that can be accentuated or played off.
Summer stripes, as I call them, can be more bright and bubbly if you wish or softer pastel focused. My featured combination today worked well with my candy pastel focused accessories and was definitely more on the fun side than typical stripes.
Are you team safe stripes or an “any stripes are great stripes” kind of person? Or neither?
