How will my items be sent to me?
Your items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS and you will be provided with a package tracking number for all orders. Papillon Bijoux provides free, 3-5 business day standard shipping within the US on all orders over $150. 2nd Day and Next Day Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Where can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number and the delivery service being used for your order so that you may monitor the status of your shipment.
Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
If your shipping address is outside the US, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and local sales taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by governmental authorities.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
