How can I contact Papillon Bijoux?

You may contact us through the form on our website or via email at shop@papillon-bijoux.com .  We try to reply to all inquiries within one business day.

How do I find a product?

 

 
From the home page you have options to search via product category or the search function, which can be used to look for certain products via keyword.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please e-mail us. Be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT

What payment methods does Papillon Bijoux accept?

 

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express via PayPal.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place orders as a guest of the website, however we recommend setting up an account for easier order tracking and to gain access to specials, promotions and the most up-to-date information on our product lines.

How will I know if you received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that your order has been received. If any of the item(s) you have ordered are not available you will be quickly informed of the out of stock piece(s) and your payment for those item(s) will be refunded.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

How will my items be sent to me?

Your items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS and you will be provided with a package tracking number for all orders.  Papillon Bijoux provides free, 3-5 business day standard shipping within the US on all orders over $150.  2nd Day and Next Day Express delivery is available for an additional charge.  Contact us at shop@papillon-bijoux.com for more information.

Where can I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number and the delivery service being used for your order so that you may monitor the status of your shipment.

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

If your shipping address is outside the US, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and local sales taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by governmental authorities.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each order come packaged in one of our signature jewelry boxes.  We offer gift-wrapping and gift note options for an additional charge.  Please contact us via the website or at shop@papillon-bijoux.com for more details.

Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

Papillon Bijoux may store cookies within your browser. You can chose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings.

REFUNDS

How do I receive a refund?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, Papillon Bijoux will refund the purchase of any unused merchandise returned within 14 days.  All refunds will be given in the same manner as originally purchased.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.  Please return your purchase unworn with all tags intact and still attached. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us via a shipping method with delivery tracking, as we are not liable for any goods returned to us which are lost in transit. All goods are returned to Papillon Bijoux at your own expense.
