I have a lot of aspirations and ambitions lined up for 2019. I am not a resolutions kind of gal but I do like to outline the direction that I am hoping things will take.
2018 wasn’t a great year or an awful year for me, but it had a lot of unfortunate turns that did put a dent in some of the things I wanted to accomplish and made it hard for me to personally grow and achieve more physically, emotionally and mentally. It felt underachieved and like a “woulda coulda shoulda” type of a year.
On a personal note I also had a lot of ups and downs with my health. So hopefully I’ll get to the bottom of it and find the solutions. As John Mayer says “your body is a wonderland” – so I’m sure I will find some wonders that need to be tackled.
In spite of any challenges there might have been, I am an extremely grateful person in general and I am thankful for all the great things and people that did happen or came into my life in 2018, so I am taking those with me into 2019.
2019 I am ready for ya!
